Terms of Service
Welcome to The Law Pharm. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website and study tools available at thelawpharm.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is (and is not)
The Law Pharm is an independent study aid for pharmacy law exams, including the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE). It provides practice questions, exam simulations, and progress tracking.
- The Service is not legal advice. Content is provided for exam preparation and general educational purposes only.
- The Law Pharm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), any state board of pharmacy, or any testing provider.
- Pharmacy laws and regulations change. While we work to keep content current and accurate, we do not guarantee that any question, answer, or explanation reflects the current state of the law, and we do not guarantee any exam outcome, score, or licensure result.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the paid features of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you: one account per person, and your access may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
3. Purchases and lifetime access
Access is sold as a one-time payment with no subscription or recurring billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
"Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the Service, that is, for as long as The Law Pharm remains commercially operated, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We intend to operate the Service indefinitely. If we ever decide to discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 60 days advance notice, and customers who purchased within the 6 months before the discontinuation announcement will be eligible for a full refund on request.
Bundle purchases include all state content available at the time of purchase, plus future state coverage as it is released. We do not guarantee that any particular state, exam, or content area will be added, or commit to any release timeline.
4. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital product whose value is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final except as described in Section 3 or where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at support.thelawpharm@gmail.com and we will work it out.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, export, or redistribute the question bank or any substantial portion of the content;
- share your account or make the Service available to anyone else;
- use the Service to build a competing product;
- interfere with or attempt to bypass the Service's security or access controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. The content of the Service is protected by copyright and remains the property of The Law Pharm.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your exam preparation and results remain your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Law Pharm's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including failed exams, lost licensure opportunities, or lost income.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reasonably communicated, such as by notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
